MyHealth

For patients already registered to use MyHealth, click here.

MyHealth allows patients to communicate electronically with Olin Health Center securely through the Internet regarding non-urgent issues. Patients register for the MyHealth patient web portal using their personal medical record number and should not share their registration information with ANYONE. Registration information can be requested in person at the Medical Record office, room 145.

What can MyHealth do?

MyHealth can be used to ask questions of Olin staff. For example, asking for clarification of medication or other instructions following a medical visit. The information is kept confidential and, when pertinent, will be added to the patient’s medical record.

Medical appointments can be requested through MyHealth as well. A patient provides info about the type of appointment desired, and a member of the Olin scheduling staff will be in contact within one business day to arrange an appointment. This should be used only for routine and other appointments that do not need an immediate response.

A patient can use MyHealth to access some of the information in his or her own health record, or to request a copy of test results.

What is MyHealth not used for?

MyHealth is not for urgent or emergency medical concerns. Instead, a person should call the Olin Phone Information Nurse (353-5557) or 9-1-1.

While appointments can be requested, they aren’t actually scheduled until the patient is contacted by the scheduling staff. So, it is important to be accessible by phone after making the request.
