What can MyHealth do?
Medical appointments can be requested through MyHealth as well. A patient provides info about the type of appointment desired, and a member of the Olin scheduling staff will be in contact within one business day to arrange an appointment. This should be used only for routine and other appointments that do not need an immediate response. A patient can use MyHealth to access some of the information in his or her own health record, or to request a copy of test results. What is MyHealth not used for?
While appointments can be requested, they aren’t actually scheduled until the patient is contacted by the scheduling staff. So, it is important to be accessible by phone after making the request. Questions?
