Patients should call in advance to schedule an appointment (517-353-4660). Please note that we require the patient to schedule his or her own appointment.

Sometimes calling ahead isn't practical, especially with unexpected illness or injury. Patients who walk in have a number of options, based on the type of medical concern and its urgency, and on appointment availability.

The patient may be scheduled for an appointment in the Primary Care Clinic that day or for a future date.

Patients who walk in with urgent medical problems may be triaged and then referred outside of Olin Health Center for care.

At the time that you schedule your appointment, you may be asked to print out and complete the General Health Questionnaire ahead of time (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader to view, free download).

Cancellations: Twenty-four hour notice is requested for all cancellations. There is a $20 fee for no shows and late cancellations (less than 24 hour notice). Cancellations should be called in to 355-7707.
